Outstanding Service and Value. Their shop is clean, neat and is a very well run business. They have a large shop area with the right tools, technicians and skills to perform exceptional service. Friendly front-end staff makes dropping off your vehicle a pleasure. I had four new tires mounted and balanced and a four wheel alignment. My service was quickly and professionally completed within 3 hours – The car was test driven before the repairs, to ensure nothing else was needed and also test driven after the tires were installed. I was very impressed with the computerized 4-Wheel alignment. I received a print-out of the measurements of each wheel’s alignment, it’s target setting, the actual setting and what it was finally corrected to (caster, camber, toe-in and thrust angle) – The car drives like it’s brand new. This shop has my vote for one of the best in the area.

GREAT, TRUSTWORTHY PLACE! Before moving to the area and finding J&L, I ignored my auto problems as long as possible to avoid dealing with autoshops. Now I feel totally comfortable and confident that I can leave my car with Julie and receive an honest response without any salesmanship or shame. What a relief! They are also super friendly and quick.
