I had a truly exceptional experience at Mossy Honda over the weekend. After making an inquiry on their website, I was contacted by the internet director, Kevin Polzer, who invited me to come in for a test drive and assured me that he would make me the best deal. I quickly took a short drive to the dealer and was immediately impressed with this place. The lot and the showroom are spotless, and there is a lot of activity going on everywhere...there is just a good vibe at this place and I felt very comfortable. After meeting with Kevin, he introduced me to Alfredo Ortegon, who is also in the internet department. Alfredo had great energy and really made me feel comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and was very helpful in selecting the right vehicle and the right equipment. He was very knowledgeable about the Civic, and he seemed to know their inventory really well. After a test drive, and looking over the numbers with Kevin, I decided that I needed to drive at least one other car before committing to the Honda. Kevin and Alfredo were very professional, I did not feel overly pressured. They even introduced me to their General Manager, Adel, who was delightful and very professional and courteous. After a couple of hours I made my decision to go with the Civic, and I called Alfredo and Kevin to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, Alfredo had the car waiting, and we set off another drive, which only confirmed that I was making a solid choice with the Civic. After mulling over colors, we made the deal and the rest of the process was prompt, and went very smoothly. My paperwork in the finance department was completed by Eddie Hernandez, who was also extremely professional, courteous, and just had more of that good vibe that runs through this place and everyone that works there. Eddie took the time to really explain everything that needed to be signed, and he also did a great job making sure that I was protecting my new vehicle the best that I could. This was absolutely a 5 star experience all-around, and I recommend that everyone check out Mossy Honda Lemon Grove for your next car...be sure to ask for Alfredo!

I took my car, which I purchased here, to get my rear brakes replaced on Tuesday the 19th of January. I dropped my car off while I was on my break from work and caught the shuttle back to work. I received a phone call from the service person at 1:30pm, telling me my car was ready. I made arrangements for the shuttle to pick me up at 4:30pm, when I got off work. While I was working I drove past the back of the dealership and saw my car parked in the customer parking area, with the drivers door open and no one around! I immediately called and asked the service person was there a reason why my car was open. He went to check and found it open and did not know why. This was 3:30 pm when I saw it and it had been sitting there like that for 2 hours. When I got to the dealership the service manager Ana Garcia, told me she looked at the servallince video and the car washer accidentally left the door open. She said we are all humerus and stuff happens. She also said if she were me, I would be thankful nothing bad happen to my car. This is not ok and I felt very violated that they could just leave my car opened and unattended. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR CARE, ITS NOT SAFE!!!

My Bad Experience....Think twice before come to this place. I was looking at a Honda Civic for my son so I went to this dealer cause we found a great listing online. We knew the worth of the car and were able to negotiate the price. After discussing, it seemed like the deal was finalized as the car salesman and I shook hands. We were in the process of doing paperwork but then a person named Talha decided to call our car salesman and force him to cancel our deal because another potential buyer came. As you could imagine, my son and I were utterly shocked and the only way for us to buy the car was to pay an even higher price than the one negotiated. My son and I were in absolute disbelief. It wasn’t professional, it was deceitful. We clearly finalized the deal, but then someone else came so they tried to force us to pay more. It felt more like an auction than a dealership. We did end up buying the car, but for the increased price along with the horrible experience. Don’t come here if you don’t want a hard time

I was looking for a 2017 Honda Pilot Elite and I did not have a good experience with the sales manager, i do not remember his name but was very shady. He was not looking for the best deal for me unless i was willing to buy from him on that day. That is not what i look for in a sales person. i do understand that each party in the transaction is looking for the best deal vs make the most money, however, just searching for the best financing should not be based on whether or not i am willing to buy from YOUR dealership. i was very disappointed with the sales manager and for that reason I went to another local Honda dealership and ended up buying a new Pilot, i do not recommend this dealership.

We drove back to this dealership because a salesman with whom we had negotiated earlier called us back and agreed to a price. After a one hour drive and a one hour wait, they tried to sell us the car for $2500 above the agreed upon price. We came here with the understanding that a deal was already made, not to bother with more negotiating. To make things worse, instead of apologizing, they called us rude after we explained to them that we had already agreed to a lower price. In short, this dealership made us a disingenuous offer, wasted 3 hours of our time, and insulted us. We would advise that potential car buyers avoid this dealership.

I had purchased a car from Keyes Woodland. It was a Honda "Certified". I come to find out after driving to down from LA that there were many points in the inspection that were missed. Needless to say I was frustrated with the work their service department had done. I came to Mossy Honda where I met Marcelino Soto, who helped me through the issues I had with the other shop. Everything has been great at this Mossy location. And I wish I had just bought my car from you all instead, as your service team takes their responsibilities seriously unlike Keyes. Thank you again Marcelino for your hard work and great attitude.

Before my visit to the DCH dealer, I had the agreement with the phone sales lady Tracy Camacho on my offer which includes tax and all other fees. and she said her manager also said yes. but when I got there and through all the paper work. Then the sale man told me that Tracy had different story about my offer, the price they agreed on does not incude tax and other fees. They could not sell car at my offer. They all are big liars and tried to make money by cheating. Then I drove 30 miles for nothing. I will tell my story to everyone I know and let them be aware of this horrible honda dealer.

Working with the internet manager, Micky Perez, we saved over $4,000 on our new car purchase. I had quotes from two other deals in San Diego from that day. Got home and had an email from Mickey with a proposal. I drove over, discussed the car with Mickey and his manager. They matched my CarMax offer for the trade-in with a total amount saved from the lowest other deals offered, $4,650. So, needless to say, you should call or email Mickey Perez BEFORE you buy a new or used Honda. Seriously, keep the money, do NOT give it to that other dealer. Seriously!!

I had a very relaxed and civil purchasing experience with Mossy Honda. The internet manager Jess Deedon made my new car purchase a rather smooth and enjoyable experience. Jess was not only informative but had a personal touch in finding me the right fit for my needs. The transaction on my end was a bit complicated and tedious. This was my first time buying a new car by myself and salesman, Robert, was excellent to work with. There was no pressure and everything about the car and the buying process was explained so thoroughly. I also feel that I got the best purchase price I could possibly have gotten anywhere. I bought it 3 days ago and have now had a followup call from Ron, the Cus. Serv Mgr, to be sure everything with the car was fine and told to call him with any problem. I am very happy with DCH Honda and would recommend them to everyone.

Just brought in my 2013 CR-V for service and they did an outstanding job. Their prices are reasonable and our service advisor Marcelino provided fantastic customer service, making sure we were happy with the job. Their price quotes are honest and they inspect your vehicle before adding extra items and services you might want/need. It really was a great experience, compared to other dealer service centers, and I will certainly be back the next time the maintenance light comes on.

I called for an estimate on how long it would take to get some recalls done and they said 4 hours, I get there and they said it would take the entire day. They also told me they would refill all the liquids in my car, wash it, and vacuum it. When I came to pick it up the next day I saw that the only thing they did was vacuum the seats not even the floors. My windshield cleaner was still empty and floors/ car still dirty. Kinda disappointing.

I really enjoyed working with Josh through the whole process from the time I submitted a request for pricing on the dealer website all the way through the in-depth walk through of the cars we leased from Honda. Both Josh and Ahmed, who arranged the financing, made it an entertaining process to get through all the paperwork and on our way to enjoy the new cars. If you are in the market for a new Honda contact Mickey Perez in the internet dept. He was kind,courteous and did an outstanding job finding the car I wanted. I drove 45 miles to this dealership because of the amount of money I saved. He quoted the price and it was the same when I arrived. We went to MOSSY HONDA only to take a test driver but ending out buying a new 2016 Accord V6. Mickey was really good, he treated us like we were the only customers in the lot. It was one of the best car buying experience that i ever had, we were communicating by email with Mickey and repply very quickly, Customer service excellent! When you think of the negative car dealer stereotype, this dealer fits the bill. To keep it brief they will take your deposit and they will run your credit but they will sell your car before you arrive. Never thought that was possible but it happened. Never thought I would be taking my time to write negative review but I feel compelled to save others from this unethical dealer. Buyer beware

The best staff and best dealer I have a bad credit and after 3 dealers I went to them and man they finished the deal for me...the staff Max what a great sales rep, he did everything he could to help me... his upper management and fiancé guy ahmad... But my biggest thanks is to MAX the guy finished the deal..... thank you for everything and for making me happy best dealer ever
