In short, Lenoir City Motors gave me the highest quality customer service experience of my life regarding my recent vehicle purchase in April. A huge thank you all the awesome folks that make it work so flawlessly. Special thanks to Ethan Estenoz whose thorough knowledge and commitment to me made what could have been extremely difficult, actually almost effortless. In time spent working with him it became obvious to me that he is a man of integrity and high character. It felt like a friend rather than someone I just met. The long version is that I had had been looking for a particular Mustang within a 200 mile radius and only one met all of the criteria. The problem for me was that one perfect car was at Lenoir City Motors which was just too far away (3+ hours) from Greer, SC. As fate would have it, my wife and I were taking a long planned trip to Nashville for a week. I couldn’t help noticing that we would be passing within about 5 Miles of Lenoir City along our route. She agreed that we should take the opportunity to take a peek at that car on the way. So I made the call and told them what we were doing and they were very accommodating to assure that I would be able to examine this car in the tight time window our trip would allow. The car turned out to be flawless and we were easily able to reach a very fair purchase price. I put Ethan in contact with my credit union and we were off to Nashville for vacation! So Ethan went to work for me and was great to communicate with me by text and email because rarely would I have been able to stop in a quiet place and have time for a phone conversation. The hardest thing I had to do was print a few documents that Ethan had emailed to me and fax them back to him. Which took a grand total of about 15 minutes. So Ethan did all the heavy lifting and worked closely with my credit union and took care of everything for me. On our way back home all we had to do was pick up the car and drive it home. This was quite a feat to accomplish in my opinion and I doubt many people could pull that off so smoothly. Ethan and the staff at Lenoir City Motors did! Ethan, thank you my friend! I love the car! To start out with if your going to buy a vehicle I would not buy one from Lenoir City Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. I purchased a Ram 1500 from them back in November. The salesman failed to get the correct payoff information on the vehicle I was trading in. I assumed the number were correct but you know what happens when you assume. The other problem I had with the salesman is he never discussed what they were giving me for my jeep. I made it over to the financial adviser and he went over the numbers and I signed. I was told my first payment would come out in the middle of January and I was fine with that. I get home and I call my insurance company and give them the VIN and they inform me this is for a 2016 RAM instead of a 2017. I called the financial adviser back and he could not understand how that happen. I was looking over my bank statement in December and realized a payment for the vehicle I traded in was deducted from my account. I sent my financial institution an email and they replied I need to get with my dealer. I called my financial institution and they told me the payoff date was requested by the dealer was after my original payment due date. The payoff date was approximately 5 days after i drove the vehicle home. I called the financial adviser and told him what I found. I was told to bring a copy of the email in and he would get it taken care of. I arrived at the dealership around 8:36 and was met by a gentleman in the front and was told he would have to wait for the appropriate person to get in so they could cut me a check. At the point I assumed they were going to take care of everything and once again and that was a screw up. To make a long story short I spoke with the GM and he said they did not make a mistake and I could come in and he would go over the paperwork. I did not want to deal with him and get lied to again. So I filed a complaint with the Chrysler Corp.

I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Express from your dealership 1 year ago. I have used this dealership for service of this vehicle since the initial purchase. The truck has 23,172 miles on it. I had the oil changed and tires rotated at 6,512 miles, 14,313 miles, and 21,992 miles. The tires on this truck have very uneven wear on the rear tires. I took the truck to a tire shop on Friday to have them check the tread depth and wear on the tires. The two front tires measure 5/32 but the rear left tire measures 8/32 and the right tire measures 3/32. As we all know, the right rear tire does most of the work on a 2 wheel drive truck and is the tire to wear the fastest without proper rotation. I feel very strongly that I have paid for tire rotation on my 3 service visits but the tires were not rotated correctly if rotation even actually occurred at all. Tires are recommended to be rotated around every 7500 miles. The average rotation mileage for this truck is 7330 miles. I find it hard to believe that a set of Goodyear Wrangler SR-A tires have been worn to replacement in the first year with 3 rotations and 23,000 miles. This is a 6 year/50,000 mile tire. I feel that the dealership has not performed the rotation that was paid for on all 3 visits resulting in uneven wear and the need for replacement. I also feel that I was charged for services that were not performed. I reached out to the GM and was ignored on this issue with no response. I have paid $100 in total for rotation that obviously never occurred.

We recently purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan at Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I dreaded going through all the bull and dealing for a good price I experienced over the years when car buying. Well, just a few minutes with salesman Bill Presley and both my wife and I felt comfortable and at ease. It was not the song and dance I had encountered at dealerships over the years! Bill is great to work with and had a van like we wanted sent in from an affiliated Dodge dealer. The process was easy and relaxed. In two days it was done and we drove our new van home. We are comfortable with the price we paid. Overall, everyone who worked with us was top notch, professional and efficient. The general manager Eduardo Martorell took some time to chat. The financial manager Scott Snow made the paperwork clear and understandable. The young lady who took care of our tags and registration was also very professional yet personable and quite helpful. She is Samantha Cross. I mentioned the names of these folks because they were our contacts with the Lenoir City dealership and are why we highly recommend this business to anyone interested in a Chrysler, Dodge, Ram Truck or Jeep vehicle.

I was only beginning my search online to narrow down what I wanted to purchase. Courtney the online rep contacted me to tell me about a specific car they had a great deal on which picked my interest to go down and check it out. She was very sweet and respectful of my time. I was introduced to Tyler the salesperson. I told him what my future needs were in the next 5 years. He really knew his stuff and it turned out that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was the only SUV that had the towing capabilities that I would need without purchasing a pickup truck. I hate pressure sales and would have ran if I felt pressured. The atmosphere was very laid-back and everyone was respectful of my needs and very friendly. I went home and did my homework and the very next day went back to purchase the car of my dreams. I highly recommend Tyler. He was great throughout the whole procedure and the dealership is wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a new or used car. I left feeling confident that I got a great deal and had a great experience.

My husband and I started looking for a Jeep Wrangler over the internet and found what we wanted at Lenoir City CDJR. Within a matter of a few minutes we were contacted by Miranda and we told her what we were looking for and she put is in contact with salesman Bill Presley. After the first time speaking with Bill he was very helpful and felt as if we had known him years. We knew this was the dealership to buy our Wrangler from. We made our deal over the phone and a couple of days later we made the 2 hour drive to pick up our Wrangler. From the moment we arrived at the dealership everyone there made us feel welcome and right at home. Within a couple of hours we were ready to leave and on our way back home. Lenoir City CDJR is the friendliest and most courteous dealership we have ever dealt with and would highly recommend purchasing your new vehicle from them. Update 5/11/17- Another excellent experience ordering a 2017 Dodge Durango from this dealership. JC Denney in particular was, again, very thorough and helpful, but everybody there seems courteous and professional. Still have the 2015 Charger Scat Pack as well, and it has been an excellent car. Second new car purchase from them in 2 years, and would buy from them again. June 2015- Excellent experience all the way from order to delivery, and then after delivery as well, for my 2015 Charger R/T SP. Everyone I met was straightforward, honest, and helpful. They listened to my requirements, followed up, and did what they said they were going to do (rare for a car dealer in my experience). Daniel Martinez (salesman), JC Denney (new car manager), Eduardo Martorell (general manager), and Scott Snow (finance manager) were all extremely professional, helpful, and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend them and will be buying from them again.

Recently I was dealing with all the fun and hassles of a broken car and needed to buy a new one. I went to a few places and all of them I felt like I was being hunted down like prey. They come at you with the attitude of just trying to make a sale. There was one exception. A friend of mine had told me to come to Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge because of a great experience they had there. I got to work with Daniel and he was such an easy going guy that it made it more like hanging out with a friend more than buying a car. We went through my options and I told him I needed a little time to decide what I was going to do. He was completely understanding. About a week later I came back to Daniel and told me I was confident in my decision. I am now a proud owner of a great vehicle and I now have a new friend. Everyone should make this easy decision and come here for a great and wonderful experience!! thumbs way up!!

MY wife was in an accident on her way home to Michigan from Atlanta. Fortunately your dealership was located at the very next exit. I thought I would be driving all the way down to pick up the car or have it towed home but Jessica Collet (service department) assured me the repairs would be done perfectly by you. Do to bad logistical timing I arrived in Lenoir City after closing on Friday the 29th of September... But Jessica came in at 7:00 a.m. Saturday (her day off) so I could be on the road early to head home... the service I received at your dealership over the phone and the work you did for me was nothing short of amazing and when it is time for me to re-lease my next vehicle I will plan a vacation in Tennessee just to give you my business. I was car searching on my Bank web site (USAA) when I came upon LC Chrysler Dodge. I saw a car I liked clicked a link to save it and Courtney called from the dealership... She is their internet monitor and was so kind in telling me what she knew about the cars. So we went up to the dealership and was met at the door by the sames manager and Buster. Buster was a warm and courteous young man very eager to find the right car for us. My wife and I made a buy decision. It was a 2106 Chrysler Town N Country. Then Scott Snow came into the picture. He searched for the lowest rate for our financing and a great job on explaining an option to purchase a Lifetime Bumper to Bumper Unlimited Mileage Warranty. So the papers were signed Check written and out the door my wife driving her new car home. A great experience with all concerned. I must add This Dealership is on of USAA Banks preferred Dealers.
