Just had my screening, physical and first donation. Someone below said "same unprofessional staff" Where?? I interacted with maybe 10 staff members during my 3 hours at this first visit and each one was thorough, knowledgeable, offering plenty of explanation with every step. Every phlebotomis was skilful and courtious. Efficient process and nice facility.

Nice clean new store, however the same old, rude, unprofessional staff followed over to the new location. Now I know why it takes so long, most of your time is spent waiting for the staff to figure out what to do.
