Most of the staff were extremely friendly however one lady (if you want to call her that) was obnoxious, rude and disrespectful towards me and my husband and not to mention the poor guy who works there. We bought a tire and rim yesterday and the lady who worked Sat sold us the wrong size and damaged goods. We had our receipt and wanted to get a refund after numerous companies would not mount it for us. The lady today was rude and degrading about Walmart and others because her company sold us damaged goods. She threw the aluminum rim on the ground and degraded the man working there and then wanted us to pay again to look around. I asked her for a refund she was rude and tore up our receipt and never apologized so we left and will never go back

I dont know what those bad reviews were about. I have always had a GREAT experience here. And a lot of friends have too! I got a used battery there yesterday and it didnt seem to work. They refunded my money cheerfully and promptly. Over many visits here I have always had courteous professional service. Thanks !!
