Friendly staff, clean place, but after 2 hours of test and questions i was turned away because i have a prescription for tramadol. Never mind I dont take them. Never once in any of the paperwork did it state that you cant have a current scription for any narcotic. Guess i should be like the junkies and lie!!! Made me feel like i was only there to get drug money.

DONT GO HERE! Ive been donating plasma for over 5 years, twice a week. I came into CSL and had the worst experience of my life. The lack of experience by the phlebotomists is dangerous. Both of my arms have blown veins now, one of them is filled with blood outside of the vein(hemotoma) because of pure negligence. Go somewhere else. Ked or Octapharma, not CSL.

OK first observation. When calling their number. And trying to connect with the operator. To ask a simple question. About the ability to donate this location if I donate on a location on Central Avenue in my town. It seems like someone on the other end is hanging up intentionally. But I could be wrong everyone have a wonderful day.
