Time 2.15pm on 8.7.17 at store #1405 Bay City. Customer service was extremely poor when I asked how much it would cost to cut my hair. She gave a sharp one word answer and was extremely unprofessional. I asked if they sold v05 Matt clay and she answered no. However "I" had to ask if they sold Matt clay from a different brand and she answered yes but not telling us which brand she sold. My wife and I left due to her poor attitude and lack of customer service skills. There was no greeting or help offered. She spoke two words.. yes and no with a stone cold face. I have never experienced service like that anywhere in my life and due not wish anyone to experience this. I come from a professional background in the UK and would love to teach her some mannors if Wal-Mart cannot. I hope to receive an answer to why this happened and also hope video fotage is reviewed.

The pharmacy has very poor management. ..waited 4 hrs for refills and was even notified by text that my prescriptions were ready. When I arrived to pick them up, an hour after they time I was told they were ready, they still did not have all my prescriptions ready so I waited another hour. I go to pick up my prescriptions and then they infirm me that they dont have one of the medications. This is completely rediculous. First of all they should have known when I turned in my prescriptions if they had them in stock or not and even when I went the first time to pick up they did not inform me. I wasted my entire day trying to get my medicine and now have to go somewhere else. I moving all my medications to another pharmacy

So I needed tires for my trailer in a time frame, got them ordered, they didnt show when they were supposed to. After having to get the manager involved finally got tires the day before we needed them. Thank you. Today, tire desired to separate from the rim. After getting manager involved again, getting tire replaced, thank you. However, when an employee says go down the road and get one. Very bad at keeping certain items in stock; pull ups and other training pants are consistently out of stock, as well as many other items for babies and toddlers. Poor yarn and craft section, and had to wait for a month for Great Value Vanilla Almond Milk to be in stock. Generally clean, and most employees are fairly helpful.

The personell at my local Supercenter are superlative. I am a stressed out, underfunded senior on her last leg. They have referred me outside of Walmart if a better deal is available locally. They take wonderful care of me.
