Overprice !!! I have visited almost all shops Godwill florida, most with prices that give shame, not only receive everything they sell donated but sell at a higher price than it may cost again ... I wonder if these stores are not for poor people? some stores are Goodwill as a modern Robin Hood ... rob rob the rich and the poor hahaha above that ask donation saying that if want to round up the bill .... .really?

Who the heck is pricing stuff in this store.????? everything is overpriced and unattainable for folks with limited funds. Goodwill execs..are you paying attention to the pricing? please correct the issue store wide. Make stuff affordable like it used to be. i.e. $10 for a 12" x 8" wooden box? seriously? this is a $1.99 item.. a floor lamp for more than $25.00?? tops should be 2.99 .. not 4.27 etc. etc. I agree, this is a retail store that is not considerate of the community need for Goodwill to remain a thrift retail store and not a representation of corporate greed. for shame Goodwill.

It is my belief that this goodwill is privately owned and that it makes a profit for its owner.Therefore it is a profit maker for an individual. Its terribly overpriced for goods. Way overpriced goods stay overpriced for long terms without being reduced. Alot of grumblings can be heard as one is shopping complaining about almost new pricing on well used items. goodwill helps people sure but if money flowed from m ore sales at lesser prices thiswould be good. Some overpriced items have hung around forever it seems.

I have been to goodwill stores all over the south. This store is below par. The name is Goodwill, not Goodprofit. The story was sold to the public as those with much donate so those in need can get those items destined for garbage dumps at an affordable price. It also was to employ those who needed work. I found two dozen items in the minutes there priced no better than retail dollar stores. Donate to your church and directly to those in need. God bless.

They sell 2 of the same thing with 1 priced at $.99 and another for $1.99. If it the same thing it should be the same price. Items with the Dollar Tree sticker being sold for $1.99. I used to buy infant clothes for $1.00. The tax would make them $1.07 total, not the items are $1.07 and you pay the original cost plus sales tax and then tax on top of that. Prices are extremely high. Whoever prices these items need to know what they are pricing.

Unfortunately, the negative attitude of the sales staff is a direct reflection of poor managerial skills from a one Ms. Sherry Shephard. Threats, divide & conquer techniques, and constant accusations of theft are commonplace. To any current employees of this particular location especially: just quit before she frames YOU, too!

Priced way too high for house wares, you will pay top dollar then they ask if you want to round off and donate the rest of the dollar. NO! They had a lamp for 30.00 and Walmart had the exactly same thing for 20.00. Seriously????? They are not a non profit organization any more they were making too much money

Horribly overpriced jewelry. They obviously think they are Bond or Zales or something....And the Jewelry counter "Senior Sales Manager" has the worst customer service presence. Do not go here. Brandon and plant city stores are wayyyyy better. Will not come back here ever!!!!!!!

Better off buying brand new items here. I read the reviews for this location before I went but I thought people were just being silly...i apologize.. Horribly over priced. I went to Ross after and found almost same for cheaper. A lot cheaper and brand new. Go anywhere else.

I was looking for old blankets and old towels. I was surprised at the pricing most blankets 24.99 no matter how out dated they were. And towels were 4.99. I think I can find new and at lower prices elsewhere

Cheaper prices at the Goodwill in Brandon! Used shoes are extremely overpriced at the Lakeland store. They charge close to $20 for a decent pair of shoes. Shoes are half that price at the Brandon store.

Keep marking the prices up. Quilts used to be $15- $20. Now 30 to 45. Clothes are almost at new prices. Never see nice furniture inside like you see out side left by customers. Where does it all go.

Too pricey. The store is smell old and it is dusty. They get everything for free and they do the saling like new. I got allergies when I go to this store. Not a good place to shop.

Mostly china made products that are not local and have little value. This is run like a dollar store. They ship all the good finds to a central office to be resold online.
