I was publicly humiliated at this location. On Pioneer day (Utah) I was schedule to donate platelet. I was standing by the front desk reading the disclaimer, a women name Shante approached me and said let me see your arm, she touched my arm and instantly said sorry, you cannot donate platelets your veins are too small. (My veins are not small at all and are visible) another employee checked my arm and said yes your veins are visible, but Shante again said he cannot donate platelets but can donate whole blood. Please note this was happening in front of other donors, and everyone was looking at us, very unprofessional. I had bad experience and waste of my time.

I gave blood to the Red Cross on a regular basis for several years but once they started incessantly calling at all hours I decided that I could no longer support an organization that had such low regard for my time and cell phone minutes. Also, at one donation they bruised my arm severely.

Very rude staff; i was lectured for making an appointment on the same day and then for not spending enough time reading the pamphlet; I would suggest donating elsewhere.
