I took my sister in on 29 Dec and she bought a used 2011 Dodge Durango. She did not purchase the extended warranty which is now turning out to be a mistake. About 2 weeks after she purchased the vehicle the ABS control module went out sending a Christmas trees of lights to go off on her dash board. Roberts covered $250 of the $500 to replace it. this was replaced on Monday, now she is being told that 2 days later and another check engine light, that the thermostat is bad, the computer needs an upgrade and the coolant system needs to be flushed. Roberts answer to this it ran fine when we sold it and we offered her a warranty and she turned it down. Wow you are a very respectable dealer, I can assure you that no one in my family will ever shop at any Roberts Dealers ever again, and anyone we talk to will be told to stay away from Roberts. I understand it was bought as is and Tennessee has no lemon law on used cars but for a car to break down less than a month after purchasing and the dealership pretty much saying your problem, is very disturbing.

Very poor customer service. Purchased four tires, was told upon arrival it would be about an hour wait for installation. Over three hours later I was finally out the door. My vehicle sat in the exit garage at least 30 minutes after service was completed, while they took lunch break. Finally, when I stood up and looked through the door to where my vehicle was, and came back from the restroom, the tech said the car was ready to go. After all this, the bill was more than what I had been quoted earlier in the week when I had called for a quote and appointment. I asked to speak with the manager, Troy, I explained what had occurred and the only thing he apologized for was me being told it would only take an hour for the service. Been dealing with Toyota dealerships for years in Wisconsin and only had superb customer service. Needless to say, I will drive further to the next Toyota dealership in the state of Tennessee in the future. Only good thing that happened, they did give me the price that I was initially quoted on the phone.

Run in the other direction if Donnie Robertson comes out to sell you a car! My wife and I bought a used vehicle. After signing all the necessary paperwork, we stepped out to drive home and were greeted with ONE set of keys and promises to get the other set from the previous owner. Donnie said he would have them the following day. The following day Donnie became a much more difficult man to find. Repeated calls over the next few weeks led to more promises he would deal with the situation and call me back. He never called back. A month later he admitted he was unable to find the keys. He said he would talk to his "key man" to see if I could get a discount on a new set. And he said he would call me back. Guess what? He never called back. So here I am at the hardware store having a $70 key made. What an awful experience!

Called about a Lexus for sale here. Exactly what I was looking for after an insurance settlement on a total loss. Salesman told me the car had a contract on it, and would call me if the deal fell through. Two days pass, so my wife calls just to make sure it was no longer available. Sales lady says it is being serviced, and now it is relisted for a thousand dollars more. Understand, we were willing to drive nearly two hours to buy this car, but the lack of communication, and a change in pricing resulted in a loss for both of us. I lost the car I wanted, and you guys lost not only a sale, but my futurte business as well, and earned you a negative review. We ended up going to Birmingham to buy a similar car from someone who treated us much better and much more ethically.

Purchased our Toyota Tundra here. It was a great experience. The sales people were friendly, and even provided me a loaner so that I could drive my wife back to her office while we completed the sale. The times I have been there in their service department It has been comfortable with complementary WiFi and good cushy chairs. The only disappointment was that I found out that the cruise control on my 2011 23,000 miles Tundra did not work. I should have been more thorough during my test drive. The part to replace cost $2,000 dollars but the guys the service department are trying to find a solution for me. Thanks Roberts.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE! The service manager was unbelievably rude from the moment I met him to discuss the issue I was having with my car. He would go out of his way to make me look like a dumbass and call me a liar. Mr service manager, i didnt tell you this but I happen to be certified in manual transmissions so Im a little more knowledgeable than you think. Oh and I had to wait 2 and aa half hours for him to tell me they werent going to perform my transmission service because he didnt think I had a real issue even though my car pops out of 1st gear and the synchros grind when shifting at low speeds

They had the best price in 50 miles of my house for a Corolla. I worked with the salesman Guy. He didnt come off as your typical salesman. He was very honest, genuine, kind and efficient (no waiting games etc). He took the time to help me set up the car to my preferences well after the paperwork was signed. Their location, although out there, offers some great areas to test drive. After some bad experiances with Mboro and Nashville dealerships, Roberts was a breath of fresh air.

Have had problems since purchasing the car I thought I wanted. General manager Paul doesn’t return phone calls or respond to emails. Ironic that he posts replies on reviews but does nothing to even return your communication back to you. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone...moreover I will also be filing complaints with BBB. So sad

The car I had interest in was delivered to my house and left for me to test drive on my own with flexibility in time. When I decided to buy, the paperwork was brought to me and all done at my kitchen table. During crazy graduation week, this made a HUGE difference in whether I purchased from Roberts Toyota or not.
