This location has the most unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful staff. They are unhappy with the jobs the profession that they have. The staff does not smile and greet you when you come in. They get upset when you ask them questions. Helll, I had a needle jammed in me once and will never let that happen again so be careful. Today a manager asked me to leave because I told her she was very unprofessional, after they had me waiting to speak with someone since I have not been in awhile. Today, the cards that they give you were not loading money on cards. Insead of.helping they ignore the situation. The manager was not understanding and she continued to egg me on so that I could give her an exscuse to kick me out. I feel as if they are very confrontational with people because they have a security guard. I will not be returning. They need to close this clinic down and find them awhole new staff.

I just donated plasma for the first time yesterday and I must say, I had an excellent experience at CSL Plasma. Firstly, I was impressed with the staff, as they were all friendly, caring and professional. They all seemed very willing to answer any questions or doubts I had in regards to the plasmaphoresis (plasma donation process). Secondly, the staff member, Inger was intentionally precise when she needed to insert the needle into my arm, even when there were several other participants to attend to. I really appreciated the extra step in care. I will definitely be returning, and not just because I received money, but because my experience was pleasant! Great job!

They think because they are paying people for something our bodys build naturally that they are able to act how they want.....alot of people give blood plasma for money to alot of places. This one imparticular is very unprofessional and does not care about their clients. You cant compare 50 bucks to a possibility of saving a human beings life....and yes they are ghetto and rude.

Understaffed. Unorganized. Not donor friendly at all. Not enough seating. Staff could care less about how long you stand on your feet. I was at front of donor line for 45 mins staring people leave and empty beds that i should have been sitting in instesd of stranding. This place is torture. Whoever in charge needs to be fired. The worst. I hate this place.

Trash. The staff is rude from the first encounter. Almost as if their job is to turn away qualified potential donors and accept junkies. Terrible treatment. Just an all around disappointment. I went 2 days in a row for a total of 5 hrs with no donations. And I had another donor with me who also got the same outcome.

This facility has poor customer service and lousy workers. They seem very unhappy with their jobs and I have complained to the company in writing, and the company never followed up on this. Really wish they had a whole new staff of people who enjoy working....

I been a donor since June 2015. That employee named Jerome is rude,disrespectful, and arrogant the supervisors hear him and yet still done nothing to resolve the matter. Im very disappointed at the lack of professionals at this institution.

Rather unorganized. The process is not explained well to first time donors. Cleanliness of check-in stations (where blood is taken) is questionable. Business will close without warning and not answer its phone.
