This place is a joke compared to CSL Plasma. The workers move unbelievably slow. About 8 people an hour & thats only for vitals. The sooner their shift ends the slower they move. I waited 40 minutes just 2 get called up, have a lady with a thick mustache almost cut off the feeling 2 my arm with the BP Cuff, not a suprise my BP was high the cuff wasnt even on right, if you know about heart monitors the cuffs lines need 2 run parallel to your veins. Hers were behind my arm? Im 22 in great shape & very healthy, which made me even more upset! So i waited the "15 minutes" which turned into 30 before i just told the lady 2 cancel my visit. & she stated "lemme get her then ill get you" i abrubtly stated i did not have 6 hours 2 sit here & donate, i was patient enough for 2 hours while they did little 2 nothing but count down the clock to get off. If i could give them a zero i would. WHOEVER MANAGES THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET WORKERS WHO ARE ABOUT GETTING THE DONORS IN & OUT. NOT WHAT COLOR HAIR THEIR GETTING NEXT. NOT WHEN ITS TIME TO GET OFF. & 15 MINUTES SHOULD MEAN 15 MINUTES TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WE AS DONORS HAVE LIVES & COUNT IN THE LITTLE MONEY IT PROVIDES. DO BETTER.

I spend at least 3 hours here, but usually about 4. The facility is way under staffed. I been coming here for a year now. Nothing has improved. I also believe that the staff should be more alert in regards to the donors. Lots of loud foul mouth individuals cussing, bragging about doing drugs, smelling like weed etc. This is supposed to be a a drug free zone and I believe it should also be a better experience with time and a little more peaceful.

This place is amazing! The workers are very nice the place is quiet and they really do care to keep all donors safe by making sure to follow all protocols which means they take a blood sample and urine sample to make sure to keep all unsafe people out. They tell you all the possible risks involved as with all such things unlike csl plasma who lie and give false information.

They have the most unpofessional people working for them. They higher any body who can open a folder, in act like they know what their doing. They file your information under other people names, & then decide to defer you. Performance they show is not good.

Donating plasma not only earns you a couple extra bucks, but you save lives doing it. I love donating and always have a great experience at the dayton center. Recommend donating plasma to everyone!
